2nd MB Meeting

The 2nd official MB Meeting in Belgrade, Serbia, was hosted by NC CIGRE of Serbia and was an important one since NC Turkey and NC Greece were joining SEERC. Also, the first Workshop was organized and the Technical Advisory Committee was established.
