   Time: 10:00–12:00
   Location: Sala degli Affreschi
   Focus: Exploring national situations, technological innovations, and setting the scope and objectives of RWG-04.
2. SEERC RWG History of Electricity Meeting
   Time: 10:00–12:00
   Highlights: Selection of topics for the History Panel in Sarajevo, designation of invited speakers, and presentations on the history of global interconnections.
3. 11th SEERC Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) Meeting
   Time: 12:30–17:30
   Agenda: Updates on conference preparations, synopses status reports, reviewer discussions, and SEERC questionnaire results for 2024.
   Evening: A city tour followed by dinner (18:00–22:30).

4th CIGRE SEERC Grid Resilience Workshop
Time: 09:00–16:45
Theme: "Enhancing Power Grid Resilience: Operational and Planning Experiences in Transmission & Distribution Grids and Generation Facilities."
Topics include:

• Good practices and lessons learned from critical grid situations, innovative strategies and solutions implemented by power grid operators and policymakers to enhance Cybersecurity and Physical Security;
• Long-term planning for grid expansion and modernization, operational resilience metrics, economic evaluation for strengthening the grid and generation.
• Advanced forecasting techniques to optimize grid operations;
• Collaboration and Communication, stakeholder engagement.

Presentations will be delivered by National Committees in reverse alphabetical order, with each presentation lasting 20-25 minutes.
