The 4th official MB Meeting of SEERC was held in Portoroz, Slovenia before the 1st SEERC Conference. The main decision was the transfer of SEERC Chairmanship from NC Slovenia to NC Ukraine. NC Ukraine selected Yuriy Bondarenko as next chairperson of SEERC for a period of two years (2016-2018).
