1st MB Meeting

The 1^st official MB meeting of the CIGRE South East European Regional Council (SEERC) was held in Rome, Italy.
It was the start of operation of SEERC. The main actions agreed upon were the decision for preparation of the SEERC Position Paper, the SEERC Questionnaire on technical data and interests in cooperation within the Region as well as creating the framework for the first SEERC Conference.
The meeting was hosted by NC CIGRE of Italy and University of La Sapienza.
