Zafer Benli, the CEO of public owned Electricity Generation Company of Türkiye (EÜAŞ), is elected as the chair of CIGRE Türkiye NC by management board, after the retirement of former chair of Türkiye NC.

Mr. Benli will represent Türkiye NC in the Administration Council of CIGRE.

Benli will serve as the chair of SEERC until the end of the Türkiye’s chairmanship term, and give the welcome speech for 4th SEERC Conference Istanbul on October 11, 2023.
