The papers deal with preferential topics in study comitees.The conference will offer rich technical activities with domestic and foreign presentati ons. We will also take care of relaxation and networking with various soci al events\, cocktail breaks and galla dinner with live music. On the web page you can find the information relevant for the authors an d the list of study comitees that are applicable to your papers. The autho rs that wish to participate must first submit the paper’s abstract\, which needs to include the following information:\n\nTitle of the paper\, full names of all authors and short abstract (max. 500 words)\,\nUnder which st udy commitee and preferential topic are you submitting the paper.\n\nThe a bstract/paper/presentation submission is done via web portal\, every submi tted paper must be categorized into appropriate study comittee \;depen ding on the preferential topics.\n\nAbstract submission deadline: 25th Jan uary 2019\nThe authors will receive reviewer’s responses to the submitted abstracts by: 10th February 2019\nFinal paper submission deadline: 15th Ap ril 2019\nFor all the additional information please contact our support te am at: info@cigre-cired.si\n\nAll the submitted abstracts will be reviewed by persidents and secretaries of the study comitees that will determine t he adequacy of the papers. The papers that will be rejected by study comit ees will be further reviewed by technical comitee CIGRE\, that will make t he final decision upon acceptance/rejection of the study comitee rejected paper. The titles of all the papers that will be presented in the conferen ce will be listed in the next issue of Messages no. 41 (February 2019) and on Website https://www.cigre-cired.si. The final papers will have to be s ubmitted until 15th of April 2019.\nThe payment of the conference fee is m andatory for all conference participants. The member of National Comitee C IGRE Slovenia and people employed in collective member companies will have a 15 % discount.
